Reservation and cancellation policy
Cancellations of booked guided tours and special offers must always be made in writing (by e-mail to tours@freud-museum.at). The following deadlines and fees apply:
- Up to 7 days before the date: Cancellations are free of charge.
- From the 6th day to 72 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.
- From 72 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 100% of the invoice amount will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full invoice amount is also due.
These conditions apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. Payments already made will be offset or refunded accordingly.
Fixed Minimum Rates
For groups with fewer than five adult participants, the fixed tour fee is €90.
For reduced price categories, including holders of the Lower Austria Card and the Vienna Pass, a fixed rate of €75 applies.
A rate of €75 is charged for school classes with fewer than 11 pupils. Accompanying persons are excluded (free admission).
If a group is smaller than announced at the start of the tour and falls below the fixed minimum rate limit (5 full-paying adults), the fixed tour fee will be charged instead of the individual tickets.
